Delivery (HK)
-When your order has been confirmed, we will arrange delivery soon. Local Hong Kong shipping time is about 2-3 working days.
-The delivery period will be longer than the general order (about 1 week) for some large scale products and customer made products.
-Area such as Mid-levels, Tung Chung, Islands and village and remote areas, shipping time will be slightly longer.
-If certain goods are temporarily out of stock or need a long time for delivery, we will notify the customer by telephone or email.

-If you assign courier come to collect goods, we will use the basic packaging materials or general cartons for packaging purposes, we will not be responsible if goods were lost during courier delivery.

Goods Return
-If the customer discovers that the product is damaged or does not conform to the product ordered, the customer must notify us within 3 days of receipt. We will arrange for the free replacement of the goods as soon as possible.
-Goods return must be together with the original packaging, as well as invoice for the effective, we will not accept returned if the goods was due to human damage.
-If the customer is required to return or replace the products due to not suitable for use or wrong ordering, we will not provide return.
